


Movement has always been important to me. I fell in love with yoga at a young age that has continued well into adulthood.
I have completed two 200 hour yoga teacher trainings, a mat Pilates teacher training and have maintained my NASM CPT.
I've taught well over 600 hours of classes (and counting!) as well as various trainings such as trauma informed yoga and core strength vinyasa yoga.
I am also a freelance writer for various websites such Fitwirr.com.
